🧽 Accessible AC parts di basic dust cleaning
💧 Drain pipe/drain water flow check karna
⚡ Basic electrical connections di inspection
🔌 AC power supply te basic wiring/connection check karna
❄️ Cooling issue da basic diagnosis karna
🛠️ Minor AC faults di repair, jithe possible hove
🔩 Loose screws, accessible fittings te basic components adjust karna
🧪 Refrigerant/gas level di checking karna, je required hove
💨 Gas leakage suspicion di basic inspection karna
📋 Customer nu identified problem te required repair/replacement bare explain karna

### ❌ What the person will NOT do:

🚫 Complete AC replacement ya new AC installation, unless separately booked
🚫 Major electrical wiring work ya house wiring repair
🚫 Wall breaking, drilling beyond normal installation requirements, ya civil work
🚫 Compressor replacement without separate approval/quotation
🚫 PCB replacement without customer approval
🚫 Major gas leakage repair without separate quotation
🚫 Copper pipe replacement/major modification without separate booking/charges
🚫 Outdoor unit nu unsafe height/location te bina proper safety arrangement de repair karna
🚫 Crane, ladder, scaffolding ya special lifting equipment provide karna
🚫 AC dismantling/transportation unless separately booked
🚫 Major spare-parts replacement without customer approval
🚫 Electrical meter, MCB, main supply ya building wiring repair
🚫 Water leakage caused by major pipe/civil issues without separate work approval
🚫 Any hazardous or unsafe electrical work
🚫 Any work that is outside the selected AC service/repair package

### ⚠️ Important:

Service person sirf **booked/approved AC service or repair work** karega. Major repair, spare-parts replacement, refrigerant refill, gas leakage repair, compressor/PCB work, installation, special equipment, ya additional work di lod hove taan **customer di approval te additional charges** apply ho sakde han.

Final repair/replacement cost technician di inspection ton baad customer nu explain kiti ja sakdi hai, te customer approval ton bina major paid work nahi kita jana chahida.
